Did You Know?

Arbitration can lead to a non-binding agreement.
In non-binding arbitration, parties or their representatives present a dispute to an impartial or neutral individual for issuance of an advisory or non-binding decision (i.e., the parties do not have to accept the opinion). Under the process, the parties have input into the selection process, which gives them the ability to choose an individual or panel with some expertise and knowledge of the disputed issues.

Legal disputes and their resolutions are often time consuming and costly processes and despite the towering number of lawsuits in this country, you might be one of many people that avoid courts for those exactly reasons. At the same time, however, you might find yourself in an arguments that needs to be resolved and calls for legal advice. If that is the case, you might want to contact one of our Colorado arbitration lawyers, as an alternative to litigation.

Are you seeking legal information regarding Colorado arbitration laws? If so, contact our Colorado arbitration attorney today!

Arbitration is a method of dispute resolution through a neutral third party, the arbitrator, either a practicing or retired Colorado attorney. The arbitrator issues binding decisions, enforceable under state and federal law and there is no need for a trial or the review of a trial court’s decisions by the appellate courts. Our Colorado arbitration lawyers are knowledgeable to answer any questions you might have and have the authority to bindingly settle your disputes.

Generally, if people couldn’t resolve their disputes through mediation, they used to file a legal claim. More recently, however, Colorado arbitration lawyers demonstrated the efficiency and more and more people in Colorado have realized the advantages of arbitration over litigation:
